With a background in the architectural profession, the founding directors of Blueridge Projects are passionate about quality building design.
Our extensive experience and involvement with development includes award winning high density apartment blocks in London’s docklands, high rise offices in the City of London, and the complete refurbishment and re-development of London’s Smithfield Market.
With our architecture we have delivered build-to-sell and build-to-rent flats in premium residential areas, and luxury build-to-rent houses in prime real estate areas of north London which achieve 5-figures per month rent. Our vast back catalogue of experience in producing successful buildings has equipped us to expand our business to create new developments with Blueridge Projects.

We are always looking for new sites with development potential, particularly those where a new, well designed scheme or sensitive refurbishment to a re-purposed building will add value to its neighbourhood and support regeneration in the area. If you have land or buildings to sell in greenfield or brownfield locations, we would like to hear from you.
